Hello Girls,

My SUBJECT is exclusively dedicated to Fradela... who made my night. I had such a great time that I considered it as the most refreshing, colorful hilarious, fun, melodramatic, heartbreaking gathering I ever attended. Reflecting on this past weekend’s event, I am very thankful that I would never have missed it for the world. Without hesitation .....I will do it again.

I would like to acknowledge Lynnette for all her relentless hardworking spectacular banquet presentations making this reunion an overwhelming huge success. Extend my deepest thanks to your sister Beth and brother-in-law who shared their beautiful home giving a perfect setting for such occasion.

Recognitions goes to GERTRUDE‘S MANSION, rated by J.D. Powers and associates as #1, . Ira, Vicky and I enjoyed the hospitality and the luxury of living in style. Riding the brand new Mercedes Benz is just one of the fringe benefits if you check in at Gertudes’s mansion. Million thanks again, Gert!

Everyone looks REFRESHING and young! Beautiful music brought everyone to the same rhythm. Everyone has something to say and share. Before we do that, Ira, Gertrude, KINDLY CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE CELL PHONE IS OFF.

All the COLORFUL and BORING lives that we lived, shared and laughed about as Cecilia described. All the people, such as teachers and classmates that our ingenious Gertrude KILLED....for all the medical information we owe to know from our subtle friend Nora....(who will be sending us all a bill in the mail). Our cheerful Guia, so enamored with Sid and willing to sacrifice everything for LOVE. Our counselors Vicky, Nora, Ira, Joyce and Fradela, (who actually belong to the BORING crowd as Cecilia puts it) heard enough and gave a reality check to our poor Guia.

For those who lived a COLORFUL lives such as myself, Cecilia, Gertrude and Lynnette, lets do a group hug and pat us all in the back for being brave soldiers. Lets make a book and sell it. We’ll probably sell guaranteed 12 copies. For all the dance steps our talented dancing instructors (Gertrude and Vicky )taught us that night. We will make sure there will be a variety of music to choose from next year. Cha! Cha! Cha! Pivot! Pivot! Pivot.

Salute to our gifted kareoke singers, Gertrude, Guia, Fradela, Cecilia and Lynnette who scored high. Vesa Me!, Vesa Me! Mucho.

Helmets off to Lynnette who woke up after 26 years but dazzled us all with her new look. Nette, you look REFRESHING!

Regrets and change of heart goes to Joyce, who wished she shared her TEST PAPERS with others. Hopefully, Cecilia will be able to give a name to the mystery girl from our class picture.

Impressive goes to my childhood friend Vicky who came a long mile to overcome shyness, speaks up and dances now too. Unbelievable but good Job!. I am so happy to see you again!

My heart aches to an old close friend and a classmate. We should be thankful (Joyce, Gert, Cecilia and myself) that inspite of all the aches and medical problems we’d gone through we made it possible to be reunited with our friends. Living each day of our lives as if it’s our last. THIS IS PRICELESS!

Girls, remember what we set as our goal for next year. To expand our networking in search for our other lost classmates. Until our next reunion gathering this is Yolanda signing off.

(Gert, Nora, Lynnette, Joyce, Vicky, Ira, Fradela, Cecilia, Lourdes, Grace, Vin & yours truly) = 12 copies
